En règle générale, vous devez changer votre résistance toutes les 2 semaines, mais plusieurs éléments vous mettront la puce à l'oreille tels que :
Un goût de brûlé ;
Une fuite d'eliquide dû au coton qui ne retient plus suffisamment l'eliquide du réservoir ;
Un changement de goût de votre eliquide ;
Un volume de vapeur moindre ;
Un changement drastique de la valeur de votre résistance selon votre box.
Quelques astuces prolongent la durée de vie de votre résistance et vous permettent de faire des économies telles que :
Amorcer la résistance, c'est-à-dire : déposer 1 à 2 gouttes sur les morceaux de coton apparents avant de remplir votre réservoir et attendre quelques minutes avant de vapoter ;
Évitez les e-liquides riches en glycérine végétale (VG) qui ont tendance à encrasser les résistances plus rapidement que les eliquides plus riches en propylène glycol en raison de leur texture visqueuse.
