Cela dépend de l'utilisation. En moyenne, on estime qu'il faudra changer une cartouche tous les 10 jours.

Est-il possible de changer uniquement la résistance sans devoir changer le kit complet en plastique ce qui me coûterait cher à la longue

Malheureusement non car les résistances sont scellées dans les cartouches.
