Cet article me procurait une vape des plus agréable , avec une excellente restitution de saveur !! Le bémol , durée de vie de la batterie 45j !!! Reste à voir , si le vendeur , assure la garantie , par un échange .. Je reviendrai à ce sujet ..

les trois led clignotent en meme temps ,et je n'arrive à résoudre le problème

Bonjour,


Cela peut être dû à un problème de contact de la cartouche avec la cartouche (nettoyez bien si il y a du liquide, ou changez de cartouche), ou bien un manque de batterie.


N'hésitez pas à contacter notre SAV en prenant des photos.

Bonjour Ma cigarette nevoks ne fonctionne plus. En effet, la cigarette et l atomiseur ne s aimante plus alors que tout est en place. Un échange est il possible ? En vous remerciant Melle Gardenes

Nous vous recommandons de vous adresser directement à notre SAV en fournissant des photos afin de trouver une solution. Il se peut qu'un aimant se soit détaché de la batterie ou de la cartouche.
