J’ai voulu mettre une bonne critique de ma commande sur votre page Facebook, je me suis fait incendiée sous prétexte que j’abusais avec trop de commentaires alors qu’il y avait plusieurs jours que je n’y avais plus été. Ce sera ma dernière commande chez vous, c’est navrant que vos responsables soient aussi sectaires et désagréables avec les clients. Vous pouvez vérifier par vous-même que je n’ai pas abusé. Le principe des commentaires étant de répondre aux publications des autres membres et ma publication concernait ma commande et rien d’autre. Mes publications antérieures étaient des questions sur quels appareils acheter en fonction de mes habitudes et de mon sevrage mais il faut croire que vos responsables ne soient pas en faveur des nouveaux clients et de leurs besoins.
